As a group of ex teaching assistants working in special education, we recognised the need to have professional, properly qualified and experienced staff to work with people on the Autistic spectrum.
How we can help
Our support is built around the individual rather than providing a standard package of services. We take the time to understand each person’s needs, interests, goals and preferences and work alongside them to provide support that fits around their life.
Companionship
We are here to help with companionship support from help accessing the local community, accompanying meeting friends to walks and getting about.
Everyday Help
We can help with everyday tasks from appointments, shopping and household tasks and keeping routines to practical
day-to-day administration.
Enjoying Life
We can help build the confidence and support for individuals to live independently take part in hobbies and activities to seeking education and employment.
Administration
We can help with administration tasks from helping with forms and paperwork along with helping with post, providing families and carers a break.
“Without NASS’s team we would not have been able to continue with our employment and family home life.”
